The Hellstruck Tornado is a nickname given to a 1996 octuple tornado that happened on October 12th of that year. It lives in much infamy and is nicknamed "Hellstruck" because of having the biggest known number of tornados at a time as well as it's very high winds. It was rated F5, but in the first few broadcasts of the tornado striking it was rated "F6" making it even more infamous. The tornado appeared as a family of 8 tornados at once, which all followed each other in ring pattern. Most of them were particulary skinny but the middle one was very wide. It happened in Lubbock, Texas.

Tornado Summary[]

The first two tornadoes touched down 11:58am EST, damaging some trees in the proccess. The next 2 touched down a few seconds later, and then the rest (except for one) at 12:00pm EST. At first they moved around freely and then they began attracting them to each other, thus shoving all the tornadoes into a ring pattern. A few minutes after the tornadoes sucked up the Town Hall along with everyone inside of the Town Hall. Another funnel cloud were sighted, hinting at a 8th tornado. It soon sucked into the already existing ring pattern and the 8th tornado slightly damaged the prison and then caused a firenado that only lasted a half hour.
