F1	Tagola, OK	An older barn was destroyed, 7 trees fell down, a house lost shingles, and 2 houses lost portions of their roofs.
F2	Fort Cobb, OK	2 houses lost their roofs, with 1 house having an injury, 7 houses lost shingles as well. 7 large hardwood trees fell down as well.
F0	Lipscomb, TX	Tree limbs fell down.
F1	Camargo, OK	A pine tree fell down and a pine tree was snapped.
F0	Geary, OK	A barn lost its roof and 7 trees fell down.
F0	Cee Vee, TX	7 trees fell down.
F3	Hinton, OK	A farm outbuilding and 7 houses lost shingles on the beggining of the path. 7 well-built homes lost their roofs, including 2 of those well-built homes that had some exterior walls fall down. An outbuilding and a barn was destroyed as well. 50 trees were snapped and 50 trees were uprooted, including 1 of the felled trees that fell on a mobile home, minorly onjuring 1 person.

F2	Lucien, OK	A shop lost its roof and an outbuilding lost shingles.
F0	Clarita, OK	A chicken coop lost shingles and a large tree branch fell onto a roof of a house.

F0	Empire, OK	A warehouse had a broken window.
F0	Noble, OK	A rotted tree fell down.
F3	Hinton, OK	2 outbuildings lost shingles, 20 trees fell down, 3 mobile homes and 3 houses lost shingles, and 3 mobile homes and 3 houses were destroyed. 2 power poles were snapped as well.
F1	Wichita Falls, TX	100 softwood trees fell down and 100 softwood trees were snapped as well. 2 of the felled trees fell on houses. 4 street signs fell down and 3 street signs were thrown across the road. Roofing from a warehouse and an empty trailer were placed on a van.
F?	Apache, OK	A NWS storm chaser reported a tornado in an open field. No damage occured.

F1	Prentiss, MS	4 sheds and 3 barns were flattened, and a grain bin had minor dents.
F0	Anadarko, OK	Large tree limbs fell down.
F1	Duncan, OK	2 center pivot irrigation systems were flipped.
F2	Oklahoma City (South Suburbs), OK	98 houses lost shingles, and 2 houses lost their roofs and some exterior walls. 7 shops and 5 trailers lost shingles, and 5 trailers were overturned.
F1	Mountain View, OK	50 trees fell down, 50 trees were snapped, 7 small warehouses lost shingles, and 2 large planes were shifted. 2 outbuildings lost shingles and 2 outbuildings were destroyed, and 2 barns lost shingles and 1 barn was destroyed. A farmhouse lost shingles and a center pivot irrigation system was tipped over.

F1	Fay, OK	7 outbuildings were destroyed, 10 trees fell down, and 2 power lines fell down.
F2	Midwest City, OK	A gym lost its roof, and 2 shops lost shingles.
F1	Bennington, OK	8 outbuildings were destroyed, 8 small backyard sheds lost shingles, 90 trees and 10 power poles fell down, and 2 horse trailers were thrown 700 feet.
