1999 Scottsboro AL tornado

An F0 tornado briefly touched down in Scottsboro, Alabama on January 27, 1999. 2 apartment buildings lost shingles, had awnings have rips, and had patios have their fencing fall down, with 1 patio roof on 1 apartment building being blown away before the tornado dissapated after becoming a waterspout on a small lake.
