The 2027 EF5 + southeastern tornado outbreak was a very extreme tornado outbreak. Several new categories were added to the F scale. The strongest tornadoes were M 12's that struck Alabama and Georgia.

SPC OUTLOOK[]

On April 11th the SPC issued an EXTREME risk for its day 2 outlook. The outlook mentioned that F 6+ tornadoes would be likely and issued a 90% chance of significant tornadoes. On April 12th 2027 the Spc upgraded the risk and issued a PDS extreme tornado watch. They issued a 95% chance of significant tornadoes.

Macon GA M 8 tornado[]

On 4/12/2027 at 4;45 PM a supercell thunderstorm developed. It triggered a tornado warning at 4:45 PM. At 5 PM a funnel cloud touched down. The tornado rapidly intensified as it moved into Macon. It was then a F 6 as it hit Macon. Macon was obliterated. The Tornado Rapidly intensified and by 6:30 PM it was a M 3 tornado. It hit Milledgeville at M 6 intensity obliterating it and scouring the ground to a depth of 5450 feet. It moved into Sandersville as a M 8 at peak intensity with winds of 6905 MPH and annihilated it at 8:55 PM. It rapidly weakened and then dissipated at 9 PM.

Gordon Ga M11 Tornado[]

On 4/12/2027 at 3:45 PM a supercell thunderstorm developed. It triggered a tornado warning at 3:55 PM. At 4 PM a funnel cloud touched down. The tornado rapidly intensified as it moved into Jeffersonville. It was then a F 8 as it hit Jeffersonville. Jeffersonville was obliterated. The Tornado Rapidly intensified and by 5:00 PM it was a M 9 tornado. It hit Milledgeville at M 9 intensity obliterating it and scouring the ground to a depth of 6450 feet. It moved into Gordon as a M 11 at peak intensity with winds of 8635 MPH and annihilated it at 5:55 PM. It rapidly weakened and then dissipated at 6 PM.

Gordon-Atlanta M12 Tornado[]

On April 13 at 9 AM a tornado touched down in Gordon, Georgia. When it started it was a M 2 and obliterated everything around it. at 10 AM it got to M 5 and got even crazier. At 12 PM it was M 10 and went east until it turned to the west, hitting Gordon as a M 12 at peak intensity with winds of 9900 MPH and finished Georgia off at 1 PM, scouring the ground down to a depth of 10500 feet. It went around Georgia killing everybody who dared step in its way for a few hours. It rapidly weakened and then dissipated at 12 PM.
