Tornado Dallas (or on the Staniper Tornado Center naming list, commonly known as Tornado Doug), was the longest-lasting tornado on record, surpassing the iconic Tornado Miami (Kurammi) of June 2899, which lasted as long as 18 hours over a large part of Miami.
