Severe weather hit the Midwestern United States today, including twin tornadoes in Marshalltown, Iowa causing severe damage to buildings and homes. From the pictures I viewed, it seemed to be a big wedge tornado causing probably, most likely, EF2 to EF3 damage to at least 3 homes in the vacinity of the city.

A total of a confirmed 27 twisters touched down. One tornado was rated EF3 that hit the town of Pella. More violent storms and tornadoes are expected on Friday, July 20, 2018.
